Choose Wisdom, for if you don't, only perils await you.

Wisdom is something that one never can never have enough of. No matter how hard a person tries perfection in wisdom is unattainable, but if the attempts to gain wisdom are not sought after, only pain and despair of the mind awaits.
In my time here in Greece if i had learned one thing, it has been the idea that all people need to learn wisdom from cultures all across the world. In today's American society, to many people are content with staying within their bubble and only staying within their frames of what they know is safe. This tradition of staying within ones comfort zone needs to broken. I have truly enjoyed learning the lifestyle of the Greek people and learning what wisdom they have to share. Whether that be how people in Greece drink coffee or what their standard of driving might be. It has helped made some of my American beliefs stronger and others weaker. But, in short, it has given me a basis in which to hold my standard of American culture too.
Many Americans have no wisdom from other cultures in which to hold their American ideals too. I understand that i have been given a golden opportunity to travel to Greece and experience their society, and it has opened my eyes to how i live and how different that is compared to only one other culture in gigantic world we have. I want to end tonight's post with saying, if you are ever given the chance to travel outside your comfort zone, even if that be to different state or a far off country, take it. You will not regret the wisdom that culture and society has to offer you.

Sail away and experience our great world.
