Greece... WOW!!! What an amazing city. Last we night we went on an amazing walk through (what i believe was) the downtown part of Athens. One thing that really intrigued me was all the coffee shops. We we're following Dr. Finitsis, when we start to walk down this back alley. When first walking through, there is nothing, just closed shops for the evening. All of sudden, you see hundreds of little cafe tables with hundreds of locals drinking coffee. Apparently, this is the "cool" place for all the locals to hang out before they hit up the Athens club scene. It was very interesting to see hundreds of locals, just hanging outside enjoying a cup of coffee or mocha of some sort. I know in America, a vast majority of people are addicted to coffee, but most people grab there coffee on the go. It was just very interesting to see that many people in a cafe setting drinking coffee, and hang out in this setting for 4 to 5 hours at a time. It was just another part of Greek culture that i found very intriguing.
