In Britney's last three lines of the chorus she sings, "...You think I'm in love. That I'm sent from above... I'm not that innocent." This statement has direct correlation with the Dead Sea Scrolls and children of light and children of darkness. In the song, she is a girl who feels her significant other believes she is love with him (or her, depending on what time it is in Britney's life). And this significant other feels that Britney "was sent from above". But Britney wants this person and the world to know... "she's not that innocent."
In this song, Britney is seen as a child of the light by her significant other, her family, or even her fans. She is taken to be this wonderful innocent girl. But she's singing to let the world know she is not the flawless child of the light. She is a child of darkness as well, for she has a darker side, because she's "not that innocent..."
